The first monthly retainer payment is due prior to start of work. Retainer payments can be made via PayPal subscription (recommended) or by check. A detailed report of tasks accomplished and time taken to accomplish them is sent monthly via email. Any time accrued over the retainer agreement will be billed at the base hourly rate.
No company will be accepted as a client by Atypical VA that is not engaged in a business endeavor we are personally interested in or want to learn. In this way we are able to stay fresh and on point for your company. Once we learn your business we won’t leave you…we will use our knowledge to put value back into your business and help it grow!
