If someone did awful work we just took them off the list for next time. It really isn't that expensive as far as testing a new writer goes. (In reality, I paid right away and just bitched to my friends about it a lot *lol*) I figure if someone thinks that is okay to turn in, no amount of teaching is going to make them think it wasn't. Me? I'd pay it and walk away. Can you use this for a test project for future subs? Really $100 isn't bad to get a test project... I just don't tell them that it's a test :) If they did bad work, they are paid and I walk away.
