Watching it in January
I didn’t make a weight loss resolution.
I thought about it but with all the scheduling I do for my home office, the thought of trying to fit in meal plans, vegetables, cooking, and measuring and weighing made me want to run to the weight loss pills.
Instead I’m trying to remember to do exercises in my office chair, right here, while I’m working.
From butt-crunches to pushing back my chair and doing some squats in between the chair and the computer desk, I’m feeling pretty good about my exercise regimen.
Sure it’s not jazzercise, but it’s a start!
