Even if you’re working from home or spend most of your day in an office chair, it doesn’t mean you have to feel awful and tired through the days and well into your nights.

You could go the medication route with something like Lipovox, or you could just make sure you’re moving an hour a day. From chair exercises while you’re doing internet research to taking a few breaks through the day to walk around the block, a little movement goes a long way to making you feel fantastic!
