Can you believe I’m considering blogger?
I know blogger is a proper noun, being a company name and all, but I just can’t bring myself to put that capital B at the front.
Since I became aware of WordPress and blogger as platforms I’ve always thought that WP was the winner, hands down.
But now I find myself reconsidering. You can have your own domain with Blogger as well as a domain name for $10/yr total. Sure I’ve heard of a couple people getting locked out of blogs there for…um…they were never sure…but they got locked out.
That won’t happen with a WP blog. But the ease of use and the ease of customization seems to be a deal I would like to make.
You see, I’m thinking of starting a couple more blogs. At least one of which would be completely anonymous.
I know, right? Me, anonymous? Seems like I would want everyone to know everything I was thinking. But that is not the case. There are a couple of niche blogs I’ve been thinking about starting, and blogger seems like a way of making them more anonymous than putting them here on my regular server.
Meh. Tough call.
