Atypical Virtual Associates

I’ve really started extending my branding recently. I am coming to a deeper understanding of putting my brand in front of my clients (and potential clients) with every contact. This has increased my referral base over time, and Cards Direct has helped me to increase my referral base almost exponentially with the new Custom Photo Cards they offer.

Don’t let the schmaltzy holiday greeting in the photo to the right fool you…you can put any message you want on the inside of the card.

Here’s how I use the cards to further my business. The outside of the card is a fantastic image of my company logo. Crisp and clean on a white background, very professional, very upscale. As for the inside of the card, I’ve gotten a few different messages:

• Happy Anniversary - I look forward to another successful year!
• Happy Holidays from Atypical VA - Let’s make the New Year our best yet!
• Happy Birthday from Atypical VA

Then I handwrite a little note beneath the message to put my personal touch on the professional branding. Viola! My client now has proof that I remember important dates, care about them, and am completely professional…all with one little notecard.

I also have notecards with nothing on the inside. Sometimes you just need to write a thank you note, and I prefer to do those entirely by hand. But the photo with my company logo on the front always shines.

Since I do graphic design, I need a card company that will make my logo (that I designed) look its very best. My card has gotten me new clients all on its own. Because it’s my design, and while I know that design is enhanced by the quality Cards Direct brings to the table…my potential clients don’t even realize it.
