I’ll come back and edit this post for the “passing it on” portion of the program. Within the last hour I’ve gone from fit as a fiddle to “Uh oh…this is a serious sinus infection or flu coming on…” so I’m not able to think clearly enough to do the passing portion of the program at this time.
