About the Owner

Hi There!

My name is Jennifer. I’ve been working from my home-based office for over three years now. I love being a small business owner, and this whole “owning a successful business” thing really suits me. I would love to have the chance to utilize my experience running a successful business in order to help you further your own business goals.

You are a unique individual. Your company has unique needs. I understand that, and I’m here to help.

Some of the things I’ve done recently for clients include:

  • Creation and management of business blogs.
  • Research on new trends in the Internet Marketing industry.
  • Marketing, demographic, and new product brainstorming..
  • Purchase, download, and alteration of templates for web design.
  • Creation and management of customer databases.
  • Creating customized internet marketing plans that match and compliment offline marketing.
  • Affiliate program creation, implementation, and management.

We all have special talents and abilities. Mine is that I’m pretty sure I learn new things faster than anyone you know. It’s an amazing gift, and I love seeing how fast I can master new skills and techniques for just about anything.I have a great work ethic and have a vested interest in every one of my clients. I really, really want to see them succeed beyond their wildest visions. They consider me part of their companies, and I do as well. Some software and web-based programs I’m familiar with include:

  • Microsoft Office 2000/2003 (Currently I run 2003 including OneNote, FrontPage, Access, Excel, InfoPath, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word).
  • MindManager X5
  • SmartDraw 7
  • Sonic Foundry Acid Pro 4.0 (for splicing coaching calls into 20 minute segments)
  • dbPowerAmp (for conversion of audio files)
  • Instant Audio Generator & Instant Video Generator
  • Flickr
  • WordPress
  • PhotoShop 7.0
  • vTiger CRM
  • QuickPayPro (Cydec)
  • Authorize.net
  • Camtasia
  • FTP (FileZilla, CuteFTP and Ipswitch)
  • WebEx and WebEx Office
  • SurveyMonkey.com
  • Fantastico
  • cPanel
  • WinZip & WinRAR
  • Drupal
  • Uploading podcasts onto blogs and subscribing podcasts to iTunes.
  • I’m comfortable utilizing both IE & FireFox browsers.
  • I’m in the process of becoming ever more comfortable with .css and .php coding. Once I’ve mastered those I’m going to take over the world.

NOTE: This list is by NO means all inclusive, it is only a sampling of programs/systems I know.

I generally work odd hours. I may start at 7am one morning, and 10am another. I may work until 10pm one night and 2am another. My hours vary so that I can accommodate the needs of my clients. If a launch date is approaching, you will find me working more late nights. If there is a teleseminar I need to attend/record/host I will be awake and alert accordingly. I generally try to stay away from the computer on Sunday (day of rest and all that) but there is no “taboo” time where you can’t call me, and no day I’m truly not available. I tell my clients, “Call anytime, if I don’t answer it’s because I’m sleeping or out of the office…leave a message and I’ll call back when I’m awake/back.” I work when you work and that’s just how it works. You can use my skills, you can benefit from my abilities, you will love my personality. If any of those aren’t accurate, I’ll be the first to tell you how nice it was to meet you and we’ll go our separate ways. I do not want to work for someone that does not need my help. I believe in partnerships, and as such I will devote myself to your success as I devote myself to my own. (That’s some serious devotion, let me tell you!)

Do you think we might be a good match? If so, please drop me a line and we can chat!

To your success!
The signature of a genius *grin*
